This three-day virtual course shows you how to build resiliency. You’ll create healthy habits that lighten your outlook on life, and yourself.

Day 01 / Foundations of Resilience
Day one is all about exploration. You’ll explore the key elements of resilience, identify personal strengths, and reframe challenges as opportunities for growth.

Day 02 / Emotional Regulation & Mindset Shifts
On day two you’ll Learn strategies for managing stress, building emotional intelligence, and shifting limiting beliefs to foster a growth mindset.
